The Bastard

This news is somehow old but is worth reading it.
“Israel is opposed to burying Mr Arafat in Jerusalem, with Justice Minister Yosef Lapid saying it is a city "where Jews bury their kings... not a city [for burying] an Arab terrorist".” What a bastard is this yosef donbe.( any questions with regard to terminology is warmly welcome)
